This Weekend On FloSlam: wXw 16 Carat Gold & IPW:UK

This weekend, FloSlam is bringing the European independent wrestling action to you with a quartet of shows. We will feature three nights of action from wXw's annual 16 Carat Gold tournament as well as IPW: UK Supershow 7.

wXw 16 Carat Gold

Starting in 2006, the 16 Carat Gold Tournament in Germany has become a highly anticipated part of the year's calendar. In past years, the tournament has been won by major stars such as Chris Hero (twice), Sami Callihan, El Generico, Tommy End (twice), and Zack Sabre Jr.

This year's field is as loaded as fans have grown to anticipate. The deep international field features stars ranging from Cody Rhodes to Matt Riddle to Timothy Thatcher to Koji Kanemoto to Da Mack. There are also several title matches over the weekend and other action with the competitors who lose during the tournament.

Night one will stream Friday, March 17, with the next two shows streaming the following days. The streams will begin at 8 PM ET each night.

IPW: UK Supershow 7

If three nights of wXw action isn't enough for you, IPW:UK will stream Sunday, March 19 at 2 PM ET.

Drew Galloway and Rampage Brown are set to face off in a battle of hard-hitting big men at the event. Galloway has not competed in IPW: UK since 2005 and looks to make a big mark in his return. 

The rivalry between All-England champion Scott Star and Sammy Smooth will step up to the next level when the two meet in a tables match for the championship.

Also, international stars Mr. Kennedy and Grado will participate in the show.
