Strap In For A Loaded Stretch Of Events

The late-August drag is done and things are ready to pick up on FloSlam with six events set between Sept. 15 and 23.

All-women's promotion SHINE gets back in action on Sept. 15, coming off a two-show weekend in mid-July that saw Priscilla Kelly crowned the first-ever SHINE NOVA champion after a 16-woman tournament. Also at the event, LuFisto barely escaped with her SHINE Championship after defeating Allysin Kay by disqualification when Brandi Lauren -- disguised as Maria Maria -- made it seem as though Kay illegally used a chair.

At next week's SHINE 45, it's likely Candy Cartwright -- runner up to Kelly in the NOVA tournament -- and Kay will both be looking to right (what they perceive as) the wrongs of the last event.

ACW returns with its brand of Florida independent wrestling on Sept. 16 with ACW: Don't Trust Anyone 2017. In the main event, Irish Jack will follow up on his attack and message to ACW champ Parrow when the two meet in a New Port Richey Street Fight.

Also, Troy Hollywood defends the ACW cruiserweight belt against Jon Cruz, Markos Espada, and Blanco Loco.

IPW:UK Supershow XI brings the UK influence back to FloSlam with a card set to feature some big matches on Sept. 17. The monstrous Big Grizzly asked for a real fighter for his next opponent and landed a big fish in Matt Riddle. Also, Jimmy Havoc pushed too far and brought out Tom Dawkins' Cara Noir persona. Noir will challenge for the IPW:UK Championship Havoc has held for more than 750 days.

Also on the card, Earl Black Jr. puts the All England Championship on the line against Sid Scala, and Cieran Donnelly and Danny Duggan put their tag belts up for grabs against Adam Maxted and Sammy Smooth.

Style Battle S1:E7, which also takes place on Sept. 17, is the penultimate episode of the qualifying tournaments for the opening season of Style Battle. AR Fox, Darby Allin, Ethan Case, Nathan Cruz, Saieve Al Sabah, Leon Ruff, Matt Palmer, and Kai Katana participate in the one-night, eight-man tournament.

Finally, EVOLVE 92 and 93 get underway Sept. 22 and 23, respectively. At EVOLVE 92, Zack Sabre Jr. defends the EVOLVE Championship against Davey Richards. Matt Riddle teams up with Keith Lee to face Chris Dickinson and Jaka, and James Drake and Anthony Henry face the Troll Boyz in non-title action. Already announced for EVOLVE 93: Riddle defends the WWN Championship in an Anything Goes Match against Tracy Williams. Lee faces Richards, and Sabre meets Fred Yehi in a non-title match.
