ACH: 'Expect Something Way Better' At Super Jr. Tag Tourney

ach 2.jpg

As previously reported, the eight teams participating in the New Japan Pro Wrestling Super Jr. Tag Tournament have been announced, and ACH is among the men heading into the big tournament later this month.

Speaking to FloSlam, ACH -- who tags with Ryusuke Taguchi in the tournament -- said to expect some big things from the team.

"I think tagging with Taguchi is going to be amazing!" ACH said. "I know I have big shoes to fill with him and Ricochet coming off a great run as IWGP Junior Tag Team champs, but I think our style will be different from what Funky Future brought to the table and the fans can expect something way better!"

ACH and Taguchi take on Taichi & TAKA Michinoku in the first round of the tournament on Oct. 29. The Suzuki-gun team is a tall hurdle to clear, but the opportunity to move on to the Oct. 30 semifinals and eventually the finals on Nov. 5 at Power Struggle, is certainly a big motivator for the Texas native, who will be looking to build on his NJPW Best of the Super Juniors appearance.
